Lucknow Supergiants have an excellent team guided by experienced leaders in Andy Flower and Gautam Gambhir. They are among the favourites to qualify for the play-offs.
Strongest XI :

Quinton De Kock (wk)
The opening duo is one of the best this season with both experienced campaigners and a left-right combination. QDK will be the better option for keeping due to his experience as a full-time keeper. The middle order is well balanced with Manish Pandey playing as anchor and Deepak Hooda hitting aggressively. All their finishers are top notch - Marcus Stoinis, Jason Holder, and Krunal Pandya. All of them are flexible, can control the innings in case of fall of wickets, and do brute finishes. Krishanppa Gowtham provides a pinch-hitting option at 8.
Their spin is world-class with an attacking leggie in Ravi Bishnoi, an economical left-arm orthodox in Krunal Pandya, and an experienced offie in Krishnappa Gowtham. They have all three varieties of spin. However, their pace is a bit lacking. Marcus Stoinis has not been a very handy bowler and Dushmanta Chameera is yet to make a name in the IPL. Jason Holder and Avesh Khan are their leaders and incase either one of them have a bad day, their team will be taken to the cleaners. One option can be to introduce Ankit Rajpoot incase some extra pace is needed. Overall, they should have a high finish. They have proven match-winners and youngsters who can rise up to the occasion. They have great bench strength and they can play more spinners or pacers if needed.
Predicted finish - 2nd
